These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the website at chivrealvortoz.world ("Website") and the purchase of the Velorinil food supplement ("Product") from Chivrealvortoz ("Seller", "we", "us", "our").

"Customer" or "you" means any individual aged 18 or over who accesses the Website or purchases the Product.

By accessing this Website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Product availability is subject to stock levels. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Ordering and Contract Formation

By submitting the order form on this Website, you are making an offer to purchase the Product. A contract between you and us is formed when we confirm your order by email or telephone.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example, in the event of a pricing error, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel an accepted order, you will receive a full refund of any payment made.

You must be aged 18 or over to place an order.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable Dutch VAT (BTW) unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs, if any, are displayed at the point of order.

Payment is accepted by the methods specified during checkout. Payment must be completed before the order is dispatched.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

6. Delivery

We deliver to addresses within the Netherlands. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and do not constitute a guarantee. Deliveries are made via third-party courier services.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. If delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (including courier delays, adverse weather, or force majeure events), we will notify you as soon as practicable.

If you are not present at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice and attempt re-delivery or make the package available for collection.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Distance Selling)

As a consumer purchasing through a distance selling channel, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days of the date on which you receive the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek, Book 6, Title 5).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at the details above before the 14-day period expires. You must return the product in its original, unopened packaging. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been opened, used, or unsealed after delivery where such products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, in accordance with Article 230p(f) of the Dutch Civil Code.

8. Product Safety and Compliance

Velorinil is produced in compliance with Directive 2002/46/EC on food supplements and applicable Dutch food law (Warenwet). All ingredients are within the permitted levels for food supplements in the European Union.

Food supplements are not medicines and do not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. If you have any health concerns, are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a medical condition, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before using this product.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, trademarks, and design elements, is the intellectual property of Chivrealvortoz or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch and EU law, our liability to you in connection with any purchase or use of the Website shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product.

We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses;
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data;
• Losses arising from misuse of the product contrary to the instructions for use;
• Technical errors or unavailability of the Website.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
