Refund & Return Policy
1. Overview
This Refund and Return Policy sets out the terms applicable to returns and refunds for orders placed via the website chivrealvortoz.world. As a consumer purchasing through a distance selling channel (online), you benefit from statutory rights under EU and Dutch consumer law, which are explained in full below.
This policy is issued by Chivrealvortoz, operator of the Website and seller of the Velorinil food supplement.
2. Statutory Right of Withdrawal
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek, Article 6:230o et seq.), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 calendar days of the date on which you receive the goods, without providing a reason.
This right applies to purchases made as a consumer (i.e. not for business purposes) via the Website.
2.1 How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous statement before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. You may do so by:

The withdrawal period is met if you send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.

3. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return and full refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be made within the 14-day withdrawal period;
- The product must be in its original, unopened packaging;
- The product seal must be intact and unbroken;
- The product must not have been used or tampered with.
Exception — Opened or Unsealed Products: In accordance with Article 230p(f) of the Dutch Civil Code and Article 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been unsealed after delivery where such goods cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene. As Velorinil is an ingestible food supplement, once the product seal is broken, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
4. Return Shipping
You are responsible for arranging and paying the cost of returning the product unless the return is due to a defect in the product, a delivery error, or damage incurred during transit.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the safe return of the goods. We cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit during return.

5. Refunds
Upon receipt of the returned goods and verification that the return conditions are met, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days. The refund will include the full purchase price of the returned product.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. No additional fee will be charged for the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
6. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including reimbursement of return shipping costs where applicable.
Please retain the product and its packaging for inspection purposes when reporting a defect or error.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
We are unable to offer a refund in the following circumstances:
- The 14-day withdrawal period has expired;
- The product packaging has been opened or the seal has been broken;
- The product has been used or partially consumed;
- The product has been damaged due to misuse or improper storage after delivery.
